Drawing on recent experience as Head of Regulatory Economics at the Office of Rail and Road and as Deputy Chair of Breast Cancer UK, Mary Davies can assist organisations to provide strategic advice to organisations to help them:

Policy analysis

Drawing on extensive experience of policy analysis into competition, consumer and regulatory issues detailed in the project work section EPA can provide regulators or regulated companies with the following:

-help to identify the competition, consumer or regulatory issue under consideration
-formulate options for dealing with the issue
-design a framework for assessment of the issue against these options
-engage with stakeholders to gather data and evidence required to assess options
- analyse data and prepare draft findings and consult client
